In early 2006, the developers of Coco Bay Estates, Jim and Gina Correll and Julian and Karen Rembert, decided to create one of a kind amenities to offer their clients and guests to make for an unforgettable experience in Costa Rica.
In 2009, the first stage was complete with two lit tennis courts. Over the next couple of years, the rest of the pieces came together to create the Tennis and Fitness Club on property at Coco Bay Estates and Ocotal Beach Club on Ocotal Beach. Upon completion the developers realized it was much too unique and chose to offer limited exclusive memberships to The Club for off property residents and visitors. This full services facility is second to none in the region and sure to be enjoyed by all.
